Adhesives: A number of our customers have asked
about different types of adhesives for use with mechanical plastics. We have
gone to a couple of our material suppliers and here are a number of different
products that should be
able to accomplish most of your adhesion tasks.
Please note: We have very
little personal experience with
these products, we do no longer stock these products. We no longer order these adhesives.

would suggest if you have specific use or application questions or desire to

| SC-325 Polycarbonate Adhesive |
| For Polycarbonate to polycarbonate (Lexan,
Tuffak) of Polycarbonate to dissimilar materials: Acrylic, Vinyl, Styrene,
PVC. This is the simplest method of joining polycarbonate to
polycarbonate or dissimilar materials. Advantages: Water thin and good
bond strength.

| WO-1707 ABS Adhesive |
| Milky medium thickness, fast set. For ABS
to ABS only, dries almost clear. |
| WO-2354 ABS Adhesive |
| Thin, fast set, solvent type for ABS, Styrene
to themselves. Not for joining dissimilar materials. |
| WO-3 Acrylic Adhesive |
| Water thin, very fast set, solvent type for
Acrylics. Will also bond other plastics such as Styrene, Butyrate and
polycarbonate to themselves. |
| WO-4 Acrylic Adhesive |
| Water thin, slow set, solvent type for
Acrylics. Will also bond other plastics such as Styrene, Butyrate and
polycarbonate to themselves. |
| WO-5 Acrylic Adhesive |
| Water thin, clear, slow set, solvent type for
Acrylics. Especially formulated for Plex MC, Cyro FF and ICI
Perspex. |
| WO-16 Acrylic Adhesive |
| Medium thickness, Fast drying, high strength.
Bonds acrylics to styrene, butyrate, polycarbonate and other porous
surfaces. |
| WO-1802 Acrylic Adhesive |
| Medium thickness, Medium Set for bonding
Acrylic to ABS, styrene, butyrate and PVC. |
| WO-#7 PETG Adhesive |
| A water thin, high strength, solvent type
adhesive for bonding PETG to PETG. |
| WO-1007 Vinyl Adhesive |
| A clear, thin, high strength, very fast set,
for bonding rigid vinyl and ABS. |
| WO-1829 General purpose Tan Adhesive |
| A medium thickness, flexible bond, elastomer
base for many plastics and non-plastic materials. Good for vinyl, urethane
foam, polyester, acrylics, wood, metal and others. |
